Just got back from Fright Night 3D. Having seen the original in a movie
theater so many moons ago, I hafta say I was skeptical about a remake, but
I actually think it's a pretty good update. Some things are cleverly
rearranged.

Anyhow, there's a pretty funny reference in the new one. Charlie Brewster
hangs crosses in all the windows of the house, and his mom says something
like: It's starting to look like Dark Shadows around here.

Heh, nice DS reference! Glad it was a good remake, heard that Colin
Ferrell was pretty menacing. I do think I would miss the wonderful
Roddy McDowell, however...

Personally, I'm wishing for a "Love At First Bite" sequel while we're
still in the midst of the current wave of vampire popularity. George
Hamilton is still around and still looking quite dapper, so hey, why
not? <g>

Good to see you, Tim - miss those punz!!! <hugs>

Yeah. He's a lot less, um, charitable than the original Jerry.
