I think this is a good casting choice. She has the ability to play Julia
as a crafty blood expert, psychiatrist and hypnotist (undercover as a
genealogist and writer) who would fall in unrequited love with a
vampire, and smoke right off-camera and cough a few times during scenes
in which she is not included.
