Just got confirmation from Amazon that they shipped my pre-ordered copy

Got the book today. Only read a little bit so far, but KLS' chapter
about her, Lara, David and Jonathan doing their cameos in the new movie
alone is worth the price of the book.

Also very nice is a chapter about the failed pilot, with photos.

Lots of other fantastic photos all through the book, too.
